I discovered my passion for sports more than thirty-five years ago. As a young boy, I practiced swimming, high jumping and kung-fu. What engrossed me the most was running. After a few years of training, I gained the title of Polish Junior Academic Champion. As a nineteen-year-old, I went to Germany to continue my journey in competitive sports. My dream came true and I became a member of the German National team. Unfortunately, my competitive career was cut short by a spinal injury, so I was forced to look for a new career path, which I eventually found as a trainer and nutritionist. I signed up for the Alternative Medicine School and then the College of Personal Training and so began my adventure as a personal trainer. During this time, I had the opportunity to live in many unusual and exotic locations. As I traveled, I obtained certifications in various training and nutrition courses. Working with exceptional clients, I paid careful attention to the cutting edge developments happening in the world of fitness, nutrition and wellness.

LOS ANGELES

For ten years I lived and worked in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. I trained with such celebrities as Keanu Reeves, Heidi Klum, Alicia Bachleda-Curus, Iza Miko, Veronika Rosati and many other clients from the business, fashion, and media world. LA - as a mecca for wellness - had the biggest impact on me. That's where I overcame many personal challenges and learned the value of working in a circle of top trainers who inspired me through their competitive spirit to be my
best self and be a creator of my own personal style.

WARSAW

After twenty-five years, I am still passionate about health and everything that relates to it. I want to promote a healthy lifestyle both in Poland and around the world. Within my own DDFS program, I deal with the key issues that affect our health and well-being. I created the original holistic DDFS program based on the combination of detox, diet, fitness and spa. By following it, we can achieve a balance between the body and soul which translates to a state of wellness. Today, I share with you all my experience and knowledge that I gained in Germany, Monaco, South Africa, and the USA.

My methodology is based on DDFS. It is a holistic program built from four interdependent pillars which are detox, diet, fitness, spa, that coincide with the broadly understood concept of wellness. Wellness is an essential balance of body and mind, needed to maintain good physical and mental health. By implementing the DDFS program, our body will be well-nourished, and we will have excellent physical fitness and a sense of well-being.

My goal is to teach and help you to integrate all these elements into your life. I am not the only one who appreciates health, but I'm one of the few who use holistic and natural methods to achieve unparalleled results

DetoX - BODY CLEANSE

LET DETOX BE FOR US LIKE WASHING OUR HANDS!

The food we eat today has a negative impact on the proper functioning of our body. We poison and contaminate our organs and body, so we feel fatigue and weakness. We can also have sleeping problems related to our lack of energy... Detox, or cleansing of the body, is the answer to this problem. Most people think of detox as something you do periodically, but I would recommend doing it every day as an essential component of embracing a healthy lifestyle.

WAYS FOR DETOXING

Drink water with lemon and cayenne pepper. Drink vegetable juices and herbal teas between meals every day. You will feel the difference after a few days.

The quality and types of foods we eat have a tremendous impact on our health and well-being. Diet means controlling the quantity, quality and type of products we put into our bodies. A properly balanced diet ensures vitality and good health. It helps us to maintain optimal body weight and a slim figure as well as delay the aging process and prevent disease.

SELECTION OF DIET

Recommended diets include: blood type diet, alkaline diet, and raw food diet.. In my opinion, the combination of all three will deliver the best results. However, it should be remembered that we are not doing this for only a week or two. What we learn should become a habit and a lifestyle. The main thing is to get in the habit of listening to our bodies. When our bodies "tell us" whether the products we eat are good or bad for us, do not underestimate these critical signals, as they are our best ambassadors to good health.

DIET BASED ON A BLODD TYPE

A Blood Type diet is a nutritional program that is an answer to the authentic needs of our body. There are four blood types: O, A, B and AB. For people assigned to a given type, there are a number of products indicated, prohibited and considered neutral. This diet honors the specific manner in which we digest our foods and greatly supports the strength and integrity of our immune system.

ALKALINE DIET

An alkaline diet helps maintain the acid-base balance of our body. Imbalance leads to premature aging and a number of illnesses and disorders effecting the internal organs, skin, and joints. Most foods consumed in today's diet are acidifying the body (e.g. meat, dairy, bread, coffee, black tea, sugar, etc.). I therefore recommend including basic foods such as vegetables and certain fruits (lime, lemon, grapefruit, coconut, cherry), as well as fresh squeezed juices into your diet. They help to maintain an optimal pH balance in our bodies. 

RAW FOOD DIET

The main principle of a raw food diet is to eat only raw vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, and dairy products. This also includes dried, fermented, and pickled products. Raw foods contain enzymes that are essential for all the chemical reactions that occur in our body. Lacking them, our metabolism, digestion, and cell renewal slows down while the aging process simultaneously accelerates.

PERSONAL TRAINING

TRAINING

While training my clients, I care most about understanding their needs and goals. Only when I know more about their behavior and preferences, then we can achieve the best results in rapid time. My clients come to me with their expectations, which inspires me to create individual workouts for them. The foundation of a good training program is regularity and variety of exercises (strength training, endurance, stretching, balance, joint stability). Its aim is to strengthen our heart, body, tendons, and joints, give tone to the overall physique, and help us to avoid injury. It also grants us overall efficiency and conditioning.

FITNESS

Fitness in my program is more than just the right exercises. It is a universal method in which body training is as important as mind training. This concept is based on self-image and on overcoming physical and mental weaknesses. It is also important to know and understand your body. Only in this way can you find the motivation to change your way of life and how you think about your internal potential. Hard work m teaches you to draw on your own strength and determination so you can achieve your dreams, not only in the gym but also in private life.

SPA

SPA is an indispensable part of a healthy lifestyle. It relaxes our body, mind and soul. For regeneration and relaxation of our body, we can use massage, manual therapy and acupuncture. Whereas to maintain the harmony of mind and soul, we can use affirmation and meditation. Physiotherapeutic Treatments are various manual protocols that stimulate the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles and joints. They also indirectly benefit the circulatory system, the nervous system and even the internal organs. This is also one of the ways to cleanse the body.

MADITATION

Meditation is the world's oldest art of silencing the mind and body, and also understanding ourselves. I recommend daily meditations for a few minutes. This will improve both mental and physical concentration and well-being. By combining this with repeated affirmations, you will strengthen your sense of self-acceptance, you will be able to achieve your goals, and you will find yourself in possession of great mental strength.
